Veg Mayonnaise Sandwich is a quick and simple veg sandwich recipe topped and filled with mayonnaise and any choice of veggies. it can be ideal morning breakfast recipe or for a quick bite unlike other sandwich recipes, mayo sandwich can be prepared within minutes with choice of veggies.
- 4 bread- slices
- 1 medium finely chopped tomato
- 1 medium finely chopped onion
- 1 medium finely chopped cucumber
- 1 medium finely chopped capsicum
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper powder
- ½ tsp. red chili powder
- ½ tsp. Chaat masala powder
- 2 teaspoon butter
- 4tbsp veg mayonnaise
- Salt to taste
- Firstly, in a large mixing bowl add all veggies.
- Now add Mayonnaise, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, chat masala powder ,salt and mix well
- Now spread prepared veg mayonnaise mixture over a slice of bread evenly.
- Toast the sandwich with butter on both sides on toaster .
- If you don’t have a toaster you can do it on Tava also.
