Veg Mayo Sandwich

Veg Mayonnaise Sandwich is a quick and simple veg sandwich recipe topped and filled with mayonnaise and any choice of veggies. it can be ideal morning breakfast recipe or for a quick bite unlike other sandwich recipes, mayo sandwich can be prepared within minutes with choice of veggies.


  • 4 bread- slices
  • 1 medium finely chopped tomato
  • 1 medium finely chopped onion
  • 1 medium finely chopped cucumber
  • 1 medium finely chopped capsicum
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper powder
  • ½ tsp. red chili powder
  • ½ tsp. Chaat masala powder
  • 2 teaspoon butter
  • 4tbsp veg mayonnaise
  • Salt to taste


  • Firstly, in a large mixing bowl add all veggies.
  • Now add Mayonnaise, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, chat masala powder ,salt and mix well
  • Now spread prepared veg mayonnaise mixture over a slice of bread evenly.
  • Toast the sandwich with butter on both sides on toaster .
  • If you don’t have a toaster you can do it on Tava also.
